• Balance Billing Insight

  The 'Balance Billing' tool offers a streamlined approach for Members to address billing disputes. This feature enables the easy uploading of balance bills and related communications from medical providers, facilitating prompt communication with the Member Advocacy team.

• Find a Provider

  This tool allows Members to locate 'Friendly' Providers in their desired area, with filtering options available by name, type, specialty, and gender. Providers are rated based on AMPS's past billing experiences and member satisfaction metrics, ensuring informed choices.

• Care Navigation Assistance

  The 'Procedure Shopper' aids Members in connecting with Care Navigators who work directly with contracted Providers. These navigators facilitate access to transparent bundled pricing for elective medical procedures, such as knee or hip replacements, shoulder arthroscopies, high-cost imaging (including MRI, CT, and PET scans), and colonoscopies.
